Agreement to terms
By using TheCuratedTablle’s physical venue, making an arrangement to attend, or participating in a hosted in-person experience, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the restaurant, cocktail lounge, poker lounge, card lounge, card room and poker table experiences provided at the venue. If you do not agree with a term, please do not use the relevant venue service or take part in the relevant experience. These terms should also be read with any applicable venue policies displayed at the venue or provided for your arrangement.
- Using a venue area means using it in a manner consistent with these terms and reasonable venue guidance.
- Participation in a hosted experience is subject to the conditions communicated for that experience.
- These terms concern in-person use of the venue and its hosted face-to-face experiences.
Guest responsibility
Each individual guest is responsible for complying with these terms while attending TheCuratedTablle. A person arranging attendance for a group should share any relevant conditions with their attendees before the visit. This includes organisers of private card gatherings, who should ensure their group understands the shared nature of the restaurant, lounge and card spaces. Sharing information does not transfer responsibility: every attendee remains accountable for their own conduct, care of the venue and response to reasonable staff directions.
- Individual guests should read and follow the conditions relevant to their visit.
- Group organisers should communicate relevant venue guidance to attendees.
- Private gathering attendees remain responsible for their own actions.
Reservations and venue attendance
Reservations and attendance arrangements for dining, cocktails, poker evenings, live in-person card sessions and private card gatherings are subject to venue capacity, availability and any information communicated at the time of confirmation. Different areas of TheCuratedTablle, including dining spaces, the card room and hosted table sessions, may have different capacity needs. The venue may manage entry, seating or attendance reasonably where needed to maintain a safe, comfortable and considered environment for guests, staff and hosts.
Capacity and comfort. An attendance arrangement does not prevent the venue from managing access to particular areas or hosted sessions where capacity, safety, venue operations or the comfort of guests reasonably requires it.
Accurate details and changes
Please provide accurate information when making an attendance arrangement, particularly where a group, dining visit or hosted social card experience is involved. If your plans change and a contact channel is available to you, please notify the venue promptly so the arrangement can be considered in context. Entry and capacity
TheCuratedTablle is an in-person hospitality and social entertainment venue. Entry and attendance may be managed reasonably in line with operational needs, capacity, safety and respectful conduct. This allows the venue to care for diners, lounge guests, card participants and staff in a live shared setting. Any decision about access or attendance will be considered in the circumstances of the physical venue and the experience taking place at the time.
In-person card experiences
TheCuratedTablle’s dedicated offline poker lounge, card room and poker tables are designed for real, in-person social table experiences. Poker evenings, card nights, live in-person card sessions and other social card experiences take place face-to-face within the venue, alongside its hospitality setting. The focus is on conversation, shared table etiquette and a considered poker table experience rather than a remote or digital service. Guests taking part in offline poker, social poker or a card lounge session are asked to contribute to the relaxed, respectful atmosphere that makes the room comfortable for everyone.

Table care and host directions
- Follow reasonable directions from venue staff and hosts about the running of the table, access to the room and use of shared spaces.
- Handle playing cards, poker tables, furnishings and other shared table items with care.
- Keep poker chips, where present, in their role as neutral physical table accessories with no monetary value.
- Use the poker room and card lounge in a way that respects social play, hospitality and the people seated nearby.
Participation management
A guest may be asked to pause or leave an activity where their conduct compromises the comfort, safety or face-to-face experience of others, or interferes with venue operations. TheCuratedTablle may make reasonable decisions to protect guests, staff and hosts in the shared card environment. This approach is intended to preserve relaxed conversation and social card experiences, not to create an unnecessarily punitive atmosphere.
Guest conduct and venue care
Respectful conduct
TheCuratedTablle brings together dining, cocktails, conversation and social card experiences. Guests may be visiting for a restaurant meal, poker evening, live card session, card night or private card room gathering, often at the same time. Please treat guests, staff and hosts with consideration, and respect the shared spaces that make these different experiences possible. A calm, welcoming room relies on each person recognising that others may be dining, talking or taking part in a hosted table experience nearby.
- Speak and act with respect toward guests, staff and hosts, including when views or table decisions differ.
- Use shared dining, lounge and card spaces with awareness of the comfort and experience of others.
Care for the venue
Please use the physical environment carefully, including furniture, table settings, playing cards, poker tables and other venue property. Guests should follow reasonable staff directions relating to the safe use of restaurant, cocktail lounge, poker lounge and card room areas. If inappropriate use results in damage, the venue may need to discuss the matter directly with the guest involved so it can be addressed fairly in the circumstances.
- Take care when using furnishings, table settings and shared hospitality spaces.
- Handle cards, poker tables and table accessories as shared venue items.
- Follow reasonable guidance that supports the safe use of an area or experience.
Disruptive behaviour
Behaviour that disrupts, intimidates, harasses or compromises safety is not compatible with TheCuratedTablle’s intimate hospitality environment. The venue may respond reasonably where needed to protect staff, guests and operations, taking account of the context. This standard supports the face-to-face connection, dining and considered social card experiences that guests come to enjoy.
Private card gatherings and groups
Private card gatherings and group occasions at TheCuratedTablle are subject to the terms communicated for the particular arrangement as well as these general Terms and Conditions. A planned use of the restaurant, cocktails offering or social card spaces may differ according to the nature of the occasion and the areas being used. Any arrangement-specific information should therefore be read together with these terms. The general standards for respectful conduct, care of the venue and reasonable staff directions continue to apply to every group and attendee.
For organisers
Organisers play an important role in helping their group arrive with accurate expectations. Please provide relevant group information, share reasonable venue guidance with attendees and ensure the group understands that the venue remains a shared hospitality setting. Individual attendees continue to be responsible for their own conduct.
Organiser responsibilities
- Provide accurate information relevant to the planned private card gathering or group occasion.
- Share communicated venue conditions and reasonable guidance with attendees before the visit.
- Support a considerate group presence while recognising that each attendee remains accountable for their own conduct.
Shared venue use
Group use of the restaurant, card lounge, poker room or poker tables must respect venue operations and other guests using the space. Private arrangements do not remove the need for consideration of diners, lounge guests, staff or other hosted experiences. If you have a question about a planned arrangement before attending, please contact the venue so it can be considered in context.
Venue operations and availability
TheCuratedTablle operates as a restaurant, cocktail lounge, poker lounge and card room in a live hospitality environment. Venue layouts, operating arrangements, hosted sessions and access to particular areas may change where reasonably required for operations, safety, maintenance or guest comfort. Dining service, poker evenings and live card sessions may need to be managed on the day to suit the physical venue and the people using it. TheCuratedTablle does not promise that every area or hosted experience will be available without interruption at every time.
Reasonable staff directions
Guests must follow reasonable directions from venue staff relating to access, seating, table allocation, safety and the running of in-person hospitality and card experiences. Directions may apply in the restaurant, cocktail lounge, card room, poker lounge or at a poker table experience. They are intended to help the venue operate thoughtfully for everyone present.

Changes to arrangements
The venue may update practical arrangements where this is reasonably needed to maintain the quality and safe delivery of its hospitality and social card experiences. This may include managing how spaces are used for dining, offline card games or live in-person sessions. If you have a question about an arrangement before attendance, please contact the venue. No formal notification timetable is created by this clause.
Personal belongings and liability
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and should take reasonable care while using TheCuratedTablle’s physical hospitality venue in Sydney. This includes when moving between the restaurant, lounge and card areas, or when taking part in a hosted experience. Please keep personal items with you or otherwise attended as appropriate to the circumstances. Nothing in these terms is intended to make an absolute statement about responsibility for loss or damage; the position remains subject to applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TheCuratedTablle’s responsibility is limited in relation to matters arising from use of the physical venue and its hosted restaurant, card lounge and offline poker experiences. The venue asks guests to use reasonable care and to follow guidance that supports safe, considerate attendance. This clause does not seek to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Applicable law. These terms are general informational conditions for using a physical hospitality venue. They operate subject to applicable law and should not be read as legal advice or as a broader waiver than the law permits.

If you have a concern about your venue experience, please raise it directly with TheCuratedTablle so it can be considered in context. You may contact the venue with relevant information before or after your visit. The venue does not promise a particular response timeframe or outcome, but direct communication helps ensure the concern is understood appropriately.
Website content and intellectual property
Website content and venue materials made available by TheCuratedTablle are owned by, or used with permission by, TheCuratedTablle. They may include written material, design elements, imagery and information about the physical venue and its experiences. Except as allowed by law, this material must not be copied, reused, adapted or distributed without permission. These terms about website content sit alongside, but are distinct from, the practical conditions that apply when visiting the physical venue.
Privacy and cookies
Personal information is handled in accordance with TheCuratedTablle’s Privacy Policy. Information about cookies and related website technologies is available in the Cookie Policy. Please review those pages for the policies that apply to their respective subjects; these Terms and Conditions do not summarise or replace them.
Updates and governing law
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version is published on this page. Please review the terms before your visit, particularly if you are arranging attendance or a private card gathering. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in New South Wales, Australia, subject to applicable law. No court venue or detailed dispute process is created by this statement.
